We always ship promptly, usually within 1-2 business days of paid purchase and generally via priority mail. If shipping cost exceeds estimated cost substantially, we will sometimes send 1st class, parcel post or when appropriate, media mail. Or in some cases UPS. so if you need this item quickly/by a certain date, please let me know
We always include tracking for domestic packages.
When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for packages lost outside of the U.S.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
