'Picotee' Cosmos Seeds. A much beloved variety of Cosmos, ‘Picotee’ really does everything you’d like a flower to do – blooms all summer and fall, requires little water, flowers even if neglected, doesn’t mind poor soil, etc. And it has a lovely color combination, with bright white centers bordered in deep magenta/purple. Works great in the back of the border at 4-5 ft. tall.
