Shipping is for First Class or Parcel Post mail unless otherwise specified. Items generally ship within 7 business days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise noted in the description. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped, and this information can be also be found in the Purchases and Reviews section of your account.
If you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping, please contact us before making your purchase to see if we can accommodate your request. There are additional charges for expedited shipping. Please note that packages are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date unless you have made arrangements to upgrade to Priority Mail Express before making your purchase.
Please be sure to check your address for accuracy before placing your order, as we can only ship to the address provided by PayPal or Etsy and shipping labels are generated from the information you enter.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All items purchased from our shop are considered retail merchandise and will be marked as "Merchandise" on customs forms. The actual dollar amount of your purchase will also be listed on the form. In compliance with federal mail regulations, we cannot mark items as "gifts" or list a reduced dollar amount on the customs form.
The total of your item price plus shipping does not include any additional taxes and customs fees that your country may charge. You are responsible for checking with your local post office to inquire what these charges will be and for paying for them yourself. Orders refused or unclaimed at customs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International shipping times vary and range from 1-6 weeks, but can be longer depending on the season and each country's processing time at customs.
Because many countries have restrictions on what items can be imported, please be sure to check your country's rules before making your purchase. If you purchase an item that is on your country's restricted list, we will provide a full refund when cancelling the transaction.
For buyers in Italy, please note that toys are one of the items on the restricted list. so we are not able to ship toys to your country.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or by credit card using Direct Checkout and is due at the time of purchase. Sorry, we are not able to hold unpaid items for payment at a later date.
For orders shipped to a Washington address, sales tax will be collected on the total amount of the purchase, including shipping.

Additional return information
Vintage items are sold as-is and are generally not eligible for returns unless the item is damaged during shipping or there are gross errors in the listing description or photos.
Details about an item's condition and flaws are included in the listing and pictures, so please be sure to read the description thoroughly and view all of the photos using the zoom feature. We don't accept returns or exchanges based on details that are listed in the description or photos. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact us before making your purchase.
If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can file an insurance claim. Please note that the earliest date we can file a claim for a lost item is 20 business days after the ship date for US orders or 40 days after the ship date for international orders.
If you feel we may have missed something important or if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within three days of receiving your order to inquire about a replacement or refund.
If a refund is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions about how to return the item. The RA number is required for all returns. Items should be shipped back within 3 days of receiving an RA number. Items shipped after 3 days or without an RA number may be returned at the buyer's expense if requested.
The refund amount will be for the purchase price only, shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is on our end). Shipping costs to return items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Confirmation is required on returns, and the tracking number must be provided at the time the item is returned. Insurance for the full amount is recommended since refunds cannot be given if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in their original packaging. If your item or packaging was damaged during transit, please note this when requesting a refund. Please retain the original packaging, as it may be needed to file an insurance claim.
Upon receipt of the item in its original, unused condition, the purchase price will be refunded by crediting the original method of payment within 3 business days.
All of our items are packed and shipped from a smoke-free studio.
