This listing is for ONE (1) pair of beads. There are FOUR (4) pairs available. Because they are hand made, no two are exactly alike, but the pairs match up well. I have numbered the four pairs. When buying, please order the quantity you want using the QUANTITY option in the right upper corner of the listing. Tell me what number(s) you want in the Add a Note window at the bottom left of the cart.
These were harvested from a damaged necklace from the 1930s. There were 9 of these beads, but I have "matched" them and will be selling them as pairs. They would make beautiful drop earrings. The base color (tan or light brown) is unique. They are enhanced by the black "ribbon" running through them and the multi-colored spatter glass. No two beads are exactly alike but they did match up well. My photos show two views of each pair, but Etsy doesn't allow enough photos for me to show how pretty these are on each side.
They are approximately 5/'8" long by 3/8" wide. I added a gold toned metal wire with loops on both ends to each one. I never got around to making something with them. These wires can be easily removed if desired.
The beads are in very good, original vintage condition. Please view all of my photos as they are a big part of my description. Close-up photos show things not easily seen with the naked eye. My pictures should give you a good idea of what you are buying. I see nothing negative to mention.
If you make jewelry, these are stunning and different from anything I have seen in more than 30 years of buying and selling vintage and antique jewelry. Just lovely.
Combined shipping is available. If you order from more than one listing and are charged multiple shipping fees, I will promptly refund excess shipping.
