The delivery time varies by buyer's location and weather conditions. Please allow a delivery time of 10-15 business days for international orders to arrive and clear customs. Please note that the expected delivery date is provided by the carriers. USPS (United States Postal Service) does not guarantee expected delivery dates. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order ships.
We offer both expedited options and international shipping options. Buyers can choose these options at order check out. Most orders are shipped via USPS. We reserve the right to ship your order by our choice of carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS) as long as there is no additional charge to you. Buyers are responsible for all sales taxes, customs/duty taxes and fees, and shipping costs.
USPS First Class Mail (Standard Mail) orders and packages weighing up to 16 ounces are not insured. Please let us know in advance if you want your package insured against loss or damage. This service can be added at an additional charge.
Please double check your mailing address during the check out and payment process. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at check out. Buyers are responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, for items lost or undelivered due to undeliverable or wrong addresses.
We are required to collect 7% sales tax for item(s) to be shipped to Georgia, USA.
We are unable to cancel any orders after they have been placed. Please read the item details BEFORE placing your order. If you are not sure, we will be happy to send you a sample of any item(s) for a minimal charge upon request.
Returns & exchanges
Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt. Wrong item(s) and shortages must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of order. We issue refunds or exchanges on wrong item(s) and shortages. Delays in reporting will result in decline of claim. Please KEEP the item because we may ask you to return the incorrect item(s) and/or ask you to provide a photo of what you received for records purposes. Refund will be for the item(s). We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for item(s) that are to be used with food and drinks. Custom item(s), special order item(s), seasonal item(s) and item(s) on sale are NOT returnable.
We will not refund or replace items damaged due to typical wear and tear, if product has been used, shipping company has delivered late, lost and damaged package during transit, stolen package, unused coupons and expired coupons.
Returnable item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receipt of your order. Item(s) must be unused, and in all the original/unopened packaging. Please contact me via Etsy conversation (convos) with your order number for a Return Authorization. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), a refund will be issued on a case by case basis and refund will be for the amount paid for the item(s) minus a restocking charge of 10%. The return shipping fee and customs/duty taxes and fees for international orders that may be applied after the return has been completed is the responsibility of the buyer.
Your order may be shipped in a recycled box. Whenever possible we use recycled boxes to protect our environment. If you ordered multiple items and/or in large quantities, they may be shipped separately and on a different day due to the shape and size of the items.
If there is a supply issue, we may not be able to ship all the items on your order. If items from your order seem to be missing, you will receive an email notification when they ship. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee.
Your orders are packaged and shipped with care; however, we don’t have control over how it is handled. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are insured against loss or damage occurred during transit. Buyers must keep the damaged item(s) and all damaged packaging. Buyers must provide proof of damaged item(s) and missing contents immediately. You may file a claim directly via the USPS website.
Although we try our best to describe the actual color of the item, actual color may vary slightly from your computer screen due to different monitor settings.
