Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me to discuss any concerns with your order. I will accept returns, for either refund or exchange, if you are unhappy with the quality of your product or if it is faulty.
I do NOT accept returns or exchanges for Digital Designs as once you have paid you have access to the files. I also DO NOT accept returns for jewelry supplies. I am selling my supplies as final sale only.
RETURNS: Please return items in their original condition, packed accordingly to protect them from damage, and within 5 days. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return postage. If exchanging, you will also be responsible for paying the postage back to you. Please return via a trackable method to ensure the package is received. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT: I will carefully pack your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. However as soon as your package leaves my hands, we are entrusting it to the postal service, and sometimes things happen. I trust that you will understand that I cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdelivered or unclaimed packages. In case of damage, I will endeavor to resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair transaction for both of us.
