I use USPS for all orders. Every order comes with tracking info. All orders take 3-5 business days to process and 2-5 business days to ship in the US.
If your package gets lost (no update on the tracking info for 5 or more days), I would prefer that you to talk to your local post office about it. It is much more likely to recover the package by asking your post office to look for it, than for me to send an email or sit on the phone and hope I get transferred to the right place.
Having a package get lost is very rare with the USPS, so please talk to me if this has happened so that we can work something out.
I cannot mark customs forms as "a gift". I sell merchandise and have to mark it as such. Falsifying customs forms is illegal and could get me in big trouble, please don't ask me to do this for you.

The best way to recycle is to not use resources in the first place. So, I do not include an invoice in each order. They always get thrown away or recycled. If you would like an invoice mailed with your order, mention it in the order comments and I will gladly print one for you.
