Vintage Cupola House Finial topper. Salvaged piece that was acquired from the dock at Lee Wenner Park at the Cocoa Village dock in the Indian River in Cocoa, Florida. Piece was acquired after the dock was destroyed by Hurricane Irma in 2017. Piece is in fair condition with some of the wood damaged from water and dirt over the years. Roof is made with aluminum sheeting and is in great shape. Includes copper/stainless lightning rod cable. The base is approximately 36" x 36" x 29" tall and the top is approx 42" x 42" x 24" tall (63" tall with wood point). When completely assembled the piece is 92" tall. ref 17270.
