Items are shipped via US Postal Service First-class or Priority mail, depending on weight and number of items shipped. Items are typically shipped within two business days of receiving cleared payment.

If you make purchases via multiple orders in one day and would like to combine shipping, please be advised that a 30-cent PayPal per-transaction fee (or 25-cent fee, if paying via Etsy Direct Checkout with a credit card) will be passed along to you for every additional order shipped in one shipment. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All international orders are shipped, marked as "merchandise." I kindly ask that you not require me to send your order as a "gift." Also, please be advised that I mark the exact value of the contents of each parcel shipped to international destinations. Please do not ask me to report the value as less than what it actually is.

Please be advised that international orders typically arrive within 10 days after shipment, but may take three weeks or more. By visiting the tracking link in your order, you will be able to see when the item was shipped, as well as when it was scanned last in the United States (typically a New York location). If you think you should have received your order, please contact Customs, as duty may be required. You may provide them with the Customs number (which happens to be the tracking number in your order). If Customs is unable to locate the item, then please contact me.

Payments

I accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PayPal eCheck payments are no longer accepted.

If you pay via PayPal and decide to cancel your order before it ships, please be advised that you will be responsible for the 30-cent PayPal transaction fee incurred when your order was processed. This fee is kept by PayPal, not by this shop.

If you are using a coupon code, please enter it in your shopping cart via the "Apply shop coupon code" link. The coupon will be calculated before your order is finalized. Please *do not* enter the code in the message to seller. Codes entered in the message to seller will not be honored. Only one coupon can be applied per order. Coupon codes are not valid on custom orders.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All items, except those marked as "clearance" or "specially-priced" may be returned for a refund of the item price only (shipping fees cannot be refunded). US residents must return their item via US Postal Service within seven (7) calendar days of item's receipt (based on package tracking information). Returned merchandise must be sent in in an unaltered state. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. International customers are expected to insure their item. Individual items from custom listings may only be exchanged for something of equal value. If a refund is desired from a custom listing, then every item from the custom listing must be returned.

BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM, please contact me via convo (Etsy's internal messaging system) and provide me with a list of the items you wish to return.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS REFUSING PARCELS WHEN TAXES/DUTY FEES ARE DUE: Please be advised that should your parcel be returned due to your refusal to pay any duty or tax to your government, you will receive a refund for the item total only, less a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees will not be returned.

Please be advised that I will not reply to convos that violate Etsy's policies (i.e. unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations, spam, etc.) as listed in http://www.etsy.com/policy/dosdonts#conversations .

If you find an item in my store that you would like to purchase in a smaller or larger quantity, then please "convo" me with your request.

If a custom/reserved listing is created for you, you are expected to pay for the item within 48 hours, unless other arrangements are made. If payment is not made within the 48 hours, then I reserve the right to sell the item to another customer.
