I ship USPS Priority mail within 1 to 3 business days of payment. All my products are mailed in boxes to help ensure your product arrives to you undamaged.
Please understand that once your package is shipped, I don't have control of how long it takes to arrive to its destination.
To cancel your order, please contact me right away (within six hours of ordering). I cannot cancel shipped orders.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if a package is not delivered for any reason (to include incorrect shipping address provided by buyer) and is sent back to me. The buyer is responsible for all costs resulting in the reshipment of their purchase. Also, once the order is shipped and out of my possession, I am not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
I accept PayPal, and ETSY Direct Checkout. Either method will allow you to use credit and debit cards, even if you don't have an account.
ETSY keeps your payment information secure. ETSY shops do not receive your credit card information.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact me through e-mail within 7 days of your received delivery. I accept returns but I do ask that the buyer pay shipping both ways. Please note that your purchase must be returned in the same condition that it was received before a refund is given.
I will only refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items will be shipped at the buyers expense. I am not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items during shipping.
At this time I do not accept custom orders.
