Wonderful Timeless Treasures Tonga Batik Fabric. Their fabrics compliment each other and each has a perfect selection of color that will enhance your next quilting project. Tonga Batiks feature hand stamped and hand colored batiks that are perfect for quilting, apparel and home décor accents. Tonga Batik Fabrics retails at $12.50 per yard. If ordering more than one half yard it will come in a continuous piece. You will be purchasing by the 1/2 yard/fabric design. Contact Hearts Desire Fiber if you have any questions.

This Tonga fabric is not a typical batik fabric. It has a very different print resolution on one side than the other. If you prefer a sample of this fabric before purchase please contact me. It is a very unusual fabric that was only hand stamped and no overall dyeing.

Batik fabric is a hand made item from Indonesia and as such, can and does have individual image differences throughout the bolt. These are not flaws but are inherent in any hand made product and shows the beauty of a hand made items.

Please make sure to look for the best option for your purchase. Please remember if choosing First Class Shipping the total weight of the item(s) must be lower than 15.99 ounces. A half yard of fabric weights + or - 2 ounces without the package.

Because of a change in USPS policies, as of August 28, 2016, any packages undelivered and returned to sender will be charged a return shipping fee.

I usually ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment. If I am unable to ship within that time frame I will contact you immediately. Shipping within the US is via USPS and reflects the cost of postage and packaging. All packages shipped include a tracking number and you will be able to see that number in your purchase history in Etsy as soon as I ship the item. I am not liable for the loss of a package once tracking has confirmed that it has entered the postal system. Please contact me before placing a large order if you have any concerns about costs of shipping or would like to specify a method or add postal insurance. Shipping charges are not refundable.

WEIGHT OF YARNS AND FIBERS
Concerning the weight of any yarn or fiber, I do check my scales every month and always make sure that at least the minimum amount is in the package. My fibers and yarns are sold by weight and they can absorb moisture and may weigh slightly differently depending on your climate or location.
