I will ship to any country, but please contact me if the shipping cost appears to be too high and I may be able to ship by Sea Mail (for items over 2 kilograms in weight) which is cheaper, but of course takes longer. I send by ordinary Airmail which only includes Tracking outside of Australia in certain circumstances (if I purchase a pre-paid special plastic bag for light items like clothing. If you wish to pay more for Registered mail, Express or Tracking, that can be arranged. PLEASE CONVO ME. If you purchase two or more items from my shop, discount postage can be arranged.
Payment must be made in full before I ship the item, unless you have requested a payment scheme. Payment can be made by PayPal or Direct Checkout.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You should expect the item to arrive within the time period of 10 to 14 working or business days from Australia by ordinary airmail. There can be exceptions to this rule, and they are out of my control: a parcel once arrived in Canada within 3 days from sending, and another parcel, to the same person, took 5 weeks. Mail can take longer to certain countries, for example South Africa.
Please note that if you choose the Sea Mail option it will take longer; please be patient. Sea Mail is only available for parcels over 2 kilograms and is a cheaper option, but is not suitable for delicate items such as glass. This will be explained when you contact me.

I charge $2 for packing and handling; if the postage quoted is too high I will refund the difference minus this $2 fee. All refunds will be through Direct Checkout, if you paid by credit card, immediately.
You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if the item has been grossly misrepresented in my listing. I cannot be responsible if the item is misplaced or damaged (unless I have packed it badly) after posting. I will however respond if this happens, and treat each case differently. I believe in negotiation.
I will NOT refund postage costs as I am a small business, but may give you a refund for the item as mentioned above.
I urge you to purchase insurance to protect against loss or damage to the item; there are several options through Australia post or your overseas provider. Please contact me. However, I have only had one problem with a lost item in four years of trading, and even this item turned up after almost a year!
