Yellow gold tone oval lace agate pendant measures 2 in. tall and 1 1/2 in. wide.
A 40mm x 30mm cabochon is set in a high polished four prong open back setting.
Setting is accented with beaded relief border and stamped jump ring at top.
Ribbed bail is 10mm tall and tapers from 4mm to 2mm wide, with 3mm inside diameter.
No stamp.

I ship within the United States via the US Postal Service. I use Priority Mail service, and items are shipped in the small Flat Rate box. Pieces will be packaged in new paper jewelry boxes, or, if a vintage or antique piece has original packaging, it will be used instead of a paper box. Items will be insured and mailed to a residential address 1-3 days after receipt of payment, with signature required upon receipt. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact me through the Ask a Question button on the item page, or through Etsy's Conversations feature. Be aware that not all countries will accept jewelry shipments in international mail, and some countries have limits on the value of items sent via international mail. There may also be custom fees, duties, taxes, or value-added-tax (VAT), which you, the buyer, would be responsible for.

Payments

I accept payment through Paypal and Etsy's Direct Checkout service which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Etsy Gift Cards are also accepted.

Michigan buyers pay 6% state sales tax on purchases.

LAYAWAY POLICY
For your convenience I offer a 60 day layaway plan for purchases totaling $300 or more. There are two options for buying through layaway:

A non-refundable deposit equaling 20% of the total purchase, then four (4) payments equaling 25% of the remaining balance every two (2) weeks, with the shipping cost added to the final payment.
Or,
A non-refundable deposit equaling 20% of the total purchase, then two (2) payments equaling 50% of the remaining balance every four (4) weeks, with the shipping cost added to the final payment.

Once all payments have been received your order will be shipped.

If you would like to use a layaway plan you will need to contact me through the Ask a Question button on the item page, or through Etsy's Conversations feature to start the process. A payment schedule with dates and amounts will be set up. You will be invoiced for the 20% non-refundable deposit to hold your item(s). The deposit must be paid within three (3) days of receipt of the invoice. Completing the checkout process for the deposit will constitute agreement to the terms of the layaway plan. There will be a seven (7) day grace period after your payment due dates. If a scheduled payment has not been made I will refund any prior payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, and held item(s) will be relisted for sale in my shop. As a courtesy I will send payment reminders seven (7) days before a payment is due, but making timely payments according to the layaway plan is the responsibility of the buyer. Only one layaway plan at a time per customer; a current plan must be completed before a new one can be started. If there are multiple items in a layaway plan, no item may be deleted from the plan. Additional items may not be added to an existing plan.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns will be accepted only for unaltered vintage and antique items. Returns must be requested within 7 days of confirmation of receipt of item. Returns will be honored only if the piece is returned in the condition in which it was sent. Upon receipt of the returned item I will refund the purchase price, any sales tax, and initial shipping cost.
