BASIC SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
I will ship your order out within one to three business days. However, I will be in contact you with any delays of your purchase. I usually ship First Class and Priority Mail if possible to keep your cost down and get your purchase to you as quick as I am able. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade shipping to Priority or Express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES:
All "Duties/Customs/Tariffs" charges are out of my control and buyer assumes the responsibility of these fees.

I ship USPS first class international. As of January 2013 all international orders will now have shipping insurance unless my insurance carrier does not offer insurance for the country that it is being shipped to. In this instance, buyer assumes the risk. Shipping times vary and can take up to 4-6 weeks.

I can not be held responsible for lost packages, damages incurred during shipping, taxes or fees.

DUTIES/CUSTOMS CHARGES:
For buyers outside of the USA, you are responsible for any duties or customs charges.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Returns & exchanges

I do accept returns within (14) days of receipt. I will refund the purchase price of the fabric once it is received in the condition that it was shipped to you. I do not return incomplete or altered bundles or fabrics. I do not return custom orders.
