Item details

Celt is a pure wool , non-superwash sportweight yarn . It has a wonderful woolly bounce and is perfect for cosy Autumn and Winter projects. At 350m per 100g skein it will work for both fingering and sportweight patterns. I love dyeing this yarn, it has a wonderful way with colours and feels so lovely to create with.

I often re-skein the yarns before sending them out to you, just to check for tangles. I photograph the yarns before re-skeining so you can clearly see the colours. The lay of the colours may look slightly different after re-skeining,maybe more blended. This will not affect the way the yarn knits up at all.

I make every effort to show the yarns with their true colours, using only natural light for photographs, however please bear in mind that all screens and monitors behave differently so some small variations may be possible.

I am based in the UK and use Royal Mail for postage.I will send First Class to UK and Airmail to international destinations. A tracked and insured service for your package can be easily arranged by selecting it during the checkout process. PLEASE READ DETAILS BELOW.

The postage cost shown in my shop is for Standard First Class Mail in the UK and Standard Airmail for overseas. These services do not provide tracking or insurance. I do not take responsibility for any packages misplaced by the mailing service and can not refund such packages. I will always obtain a "proof of postage" receipt to show when your item was posted and can provide you with these details if required.

If you require a tracked and insured service for your reassurance, this option will be available to choose during the checkout process, as "International Tracked" (for overseas) or "Special Delivery" (for UK) . You may wish to consider this option if your order has a high value. If this option is chosen I will provide you with a tracking number along with your Etsy dispatch note.
I am unable to take responsibility for the loss of packages by the mailing company.

I will usually post packages out within 1 - 7 days .Exceptions to this are Bank Holidays and weekends, when posting will be at the first opportunity. If I am away from home packages will be sent as soon as possible on return and I will announce this on my shop page.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all and any customs charges.

Payment is in British £s . When you pay from a country which does not use British £s Etsy automatically does the conversion and there is no extra cost to the buyer for this conversion..

Additional return information
All items will be photographed as accurately as possible, however please bear in mind that all viewing screens differ so some slight variation may be possible.
I hope you are happy with your purchase I will consider a refund or exchange if you find fault with it ,ie..if the yarn is defective in some way but not for reasons like "the colour dosen't suit you" etc. I photograph the yarns as accurately as possible but of course I have no control over how colours appear on different screens.If you do find a fault with the actual yarn,I will give a full refund of the cost of the item(but not postage) if you contact me to explain the problem and then return the item to me within 7 days,in it's original condition, with any labels intact. Refund or exchange will be made once I have received the item back.I will not be able to refund or replace if the item has been exposed to tobacco smoke or pet hairs as this would prevent me from re-selling the item.In the event of a return I recommend that you use a tracked service for your own reassurance.
"Sale" or "Discounted" items cannot be refunded or replaced.
