We accept payment by PayPal, credit and debit cards and Etsy Gift card.
We would ask that payment is made in full when making the order. If there is a delay in payment we will use our best endeavours to contact you Payment must have cleared before we despatch your order.
If you are having difficulty with your payment method please get in touch and we will try to help resolve the issue.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in touch as soon as practicably possible after receiving your item so that the issue can be resolved.
Please ensure you check your item when you receive it as if it is damaged we would ask that you inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Take a photo of the damaged goods if possible and return with the damaged packaging.
When returning an item to us please obtain a receipt from the carrier as proof of purchase. If a refund is due, it will be processed once the returned item has been received or if evidence of postage can otherwise be provided. No refunds will be made in respect of delivery costs of returning the item.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case by case basis and we will need a reasonable time to examine the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or are defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at email@example.com of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
In the event of non-delivery we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
In the event of you notifying us of any of the above problems our only obligation will be, at your option:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery; - to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or - to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose
We will not be liable for any failure or defect in the goods where the failure or defect arises in the normal course of use, or arises out of your wilful damage, negligence or abnormal conditions We will also not be liable for any failure or defect in the goods where you use the goods after notifying us of the failure or defect.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
