Tandy Leather Let's Do Leathercraft Kit 5501, incomplete in good used condition with average age appropriate wear. The box is in slightly rough condition with corner wear, tears and stains (see photos). The paper patterns have yellowed over time and are stained. Also some of them are bent and crinkled. I am not positive of what all is missing although from what I can tell that is missing are: some paper patterns and or pattern sheets, instructions and other paperwork, maybe some leather pieces although there is still quite a bit left, and the Leatherwork book. The Neat-Lac can of leather finish still has liquid you can hear when you shake it although I am not sure it if is still good or not. The tools, mallet, and tooling board are all present. Please carefully view photos for more details. This is a vintage used leathercraft kit that is incomplete and not in new condition.

Free Shipping is for the lower 48 states only. We will ship to Hawaii and Alaska at the buyers expense. We normally ship only inside the lower 48 states in the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, any and all commonwealths of the US although we are happy to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, the commonwealths of the US and internationally at the buyers expense which will be determined prior to the purchase. If you're in Hawaii, Alaska, international or commonwealths of the US and find an item you're interested in please contact us. We can provide a shipping quote to your area or country and will mark the item reserved if you decide to purchase it. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any customs/duty charges incurred or postal transit times/delays. We strive to ship every item within 3 business days of payment and will notify the buyer of any delays.

All items are insured and include tracking EXCEPT for larger furniture items. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase insurance if needed through their preferred pack-n-ship service for larger furniture items.

SMALL FURNITURE ITEMS
Some certain smaller furniture items include but not limited too, end tables, nightstands, and accent tables, include free shipping. The listing for the item will state "free shipping" if shipping is included with in the price. If the listing does not have "free shipping" then the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Most of these smaller items will be shipping with FedEx Ground, although USPS Standard may be an option if it falls within their size limitations.

LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS
NOTE: Shipping costs for large items are NOT included in the listing and the BUYER should make shipping arrangements separately with a third party Pack-n-Ship delivery service. Shipping costs for large items can vary greatly depending on the distance from our shop in Wichita, Kansas and the level of delivery service the customer would like. We will gladly RESERVE an item for up to 3 days while you speak with a shipper to get an accurate quote to your location.

BUYER must arrange for a professional third party pack-n-ship service unless otherwise stated in the listing. These items are too large to be shipped UPS or Fed-EX.

BUYER is responsible for getting quotes and may use the shipper of their choice.
BUYER pays shipper directly. Seller does not pack the items, please confirm with your shipping party so that you are aware of how your purchase will travel to you.

Get your item professionally packed prior to shipping via freight truck. Insure your item; seller is not responsible for item after it is picked-up from us, or packed and shipped via third party. Items not carefully packaged can get damaged via freight truck so please ask questions and find out your pack-n-ship options through the company you are going to use.

They are a blanket wrap shipper which specializes mostly in a Mid-West route as far north as the Chicago / Milwaukee area, and into parts of E. Nebraska and Omaha. They also service Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisville Kentucky and as far south as Dallas & Austin, Texas. They do not service Florida, NY, CT or CA areas. They are a small family run business, very personable, and take care with their items more than other blanket wrap services and offer better deals especially to the major cities on their route.

Some items qualify for layaway. If the item does qualify for layaway it will be stated in the listing. Layaway is not to exceed a 4 month period. If the item is not paid in full within the 4 month period then there will be a 20% restocking and late fee. Please keep in mind that "All Sales Are Final" before making your purchase.

Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items are likely to carry various marks, and have other characteristics of age and use. Nothing in the vintage world is going to be perfect. Because opinions of "item description" can vary from person to person, we welcome you to ask additional questions, and or request additional photos. Because positive reviews are vital to our business we do the best humanely possible to evaluate and describe all visible imperfections and wear.

If you feel a human error occurred with the description of your purchase please notify us within 24 hours and together will come to a solution. IT MUST BE WITHIN 24 HOURS. If an item arrives damaged, please do not assume that it was some conspiring attempt to purposely deceive you. The post office and other delivery companies are not flawless perfect entities and sometimes deliver damaged goods. If this happens rest assured that your item was completely insured and that an insurance claim should be filed. Part of the refund process requires that customers photograph the damaged box and the damaged item. Costumers that are overly rude and or demanding will find themselves handling the refund process without our assistance.


If your item arrived damaged then we must be notified within 24 hours. The buyer is responsible for sending photos of the damaged item including the box it arrived to the seller and or delivery company within 24 hours.
