Standard shipping within Australia takes from 3 to 7 business days.
OVERSEAS ----------------- I use Australia Post to ship overseas. This service can take up to 5 weeks depending on final destination.
One for Kate is not responsible and has no control over additional customs fees/taxes/duty levied by the country of import. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer with regards to any tax or VAT charges applicable.
Shipping times are approximate only, and as I ship from Australia to the rest of the world, shipping can take longer than quoted. If you think your package is taking longer than expected to be delivered, please message me, but I will recommend waiting the full 8 weeks from delivery date before refunding.
I am based in Australia, and I list my items in $AUD currency. If you are based outside of Australia, Etsy automatically converts the price in AUD to your countries exchange rate.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 14 days of receiving the item. I will refund you less shipping, once you have sent the unworn item back and I have received it.
I do not include a printed receipt with your order to save on unnecessary paper, please leave a message with your order if you prefer to have your receipt included. You can access your order receipt in your etsy account.
