This is a real, honest-to-goodness physical copy of my eBook. Think of it as the "eBooklet."
AND you will also receive, as an added gift--a digi version, so you can get started looking at the materials right away. (Or rather, as soon as I see the order & email the copy to you.)
It's spiral bound & has clear plastic covers front & back. The pages of the book have been commercially printed on premium stock paper. The photos are very good. Yes, the copy is flexible--it's not backed up with hard cardboard, but it's nice. I had copies made so I can include them for my local cinch making classes.
More about the material inside: (same text as in the eBook listing.)
Wondering about how a mohair cinch is put together?
Still thinking about whether you can finish a cinch the right way? ? You've watched the YouTube videos and If you've gotten this far, but for all the benefit of the You Tube vids--they don't show you everything.
The basic diamond & bars cinch pattern is where to start. You'll learn how to do increases and decreases that make a smooth transition from one row to the next. These skills will help you build your techniques so that when you're ready to take on more complex pictures, curves and alpha-numerics you'll understand where you're going as you weave.
It's so comprehensive I actually completed three cinches in the making of this book because of the need for photo retakes!
I've covered every detail in the sections and even added Tips & Tricks to answer those issues that come up but aren't covered anywhere else. For instance: How do you splice in a piece of 2-ply if you run short? How do you add a 2nd color of 8-ply to your warp so that it blends? And what should you put together so you have a ready-to-go travel pack. Because taking your loom for a ride is fun.
Here's what you'll find in the book:
How to Weave a 17-Strand Mohair Cinch Traditional Cowboy Diamond & Bars Pattern

All this--for $10. And I'll still be happy to respond to questions you might have about making up your cinch (if you have purchased cinch making materials from me and/or my eBook.)
This is a custom dye studio. My 2-ply yarns are almost always ready for shipping in lengths up to 100'. My 8-ply lengths are dyed as your orders arrive. If there is a delay because the dye schedule has gone past 2 days I will notify you. If you have concerns on when your custom yarns will be shipped please convo me or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: I will issue a refund if the shipping total is in excess of what is needed after I compile & weigh your order. This happens especially when you purchase a lot of packets of yarn.
I ship Priority Mail, which has a delivery window of 2-3 days. I make every effort to get your order into the mail within 72 hours. (But remember--the Post Office considers 2-3 days to be counted as business days only, so you may need to add weekend days onto that estimate.)
Please convo me if you should need something expedited beyond that--but the rates are very high.
If you are outside of North America--I can ship, please convo me for a rate and I will give you a quote and set the order up for your convenience.
Custom work requires pre-payment.
Returns & exchanges
Since opening for cinch makers in June of 2015 I have always been able to make it right. I am not perfect, I sometimes make mistakes because I am the sole person running this studio and sometimes it gets very busy. However, I will make every effort to keep you happy and make you smile. Please just let me know. Thank you!
I try to keep my pricing as low as possible. These materials are very expensive and I am limited in buying wholesale in this industry as wholesale orders are considered in 1000s of units or $5000 orders. One way to keep my pricing low is to keep my shipping costs as low as I can. So refunding on shipping or offering return shipping for free isn't possible.
