Whooo doesn't love owls! (sorry... but the bad owl joke is required, here)
Unless you've been under a rock, adorable owls have been popping up everywhere- and now it's time for you to make your own cuddly guy! Meet Nelson... he's cute, likes staying up late at night (but promises not to be noisy) and he's 7.5 inches tall when completed. Make him as the perfect present for the child in your life- or for yourself (yes, even grown-ups need cuddles in their life)!
Nervous about crocheting a stuffed animal? Don't be! This pattern contains detailed instructions and lots of photos. Also, you can visit my website (www.freshstitches.com) for tips & crochet videos. AND you can always email me for help! You can do it! Nelson is an intermediate pattern, and will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase (although, usually sooner).
To complete this pattern, you will need: * size H (5 mm) crochet hook * 4 colors of worsted weight yarn (less than a skein of each): white, brown, orange and yellow * polyester stuffing * two 12mm black animal eyes * tapestry needle
If you are making this animal for a child younger than 3 years old, we recommend embroidering or crocheting the eyes.
Want to make a great stuffed animal, but owls aren't your thing? No worries! Visit www.etsy.com/shop/freshstitches to check out all of my patterns- you're sure to find the right cuddly friend for you!

Interested in purchasing a finished toy (instead of the pattern)? No problem! I'm happy to crochet & sell completed items... just convo me!

Super cute, easy to follow pattern. Turns out just like the one pictured.

I take great pride in my patterns... and I really hope that they allow you to create stuffed animals that will be loved and cherished.
You are welcome to sell items that you have crocheted from my patterns- I just ask that you include a mention that it's a 'FreshStitches design'. (oh, and send me a picture, because I love seeing them!)
I do my best to ensure that my patterns are clear, error-free, and contain photos so that you don't feel lost! You can also check my website: www.freshstitches.com for videos and blog posts designed to help you with your crocheting.
However, no matter how many times a pattern is tested and proof-read, errors happen. If you feel confused about the pattern, please convo or email me! Don't be embarrassed or think you're too 'inexperienced' to understand the pattern... I want you to have a cuddly animal at the end of the day, and that means helping you... you never know, it could be a typo that's totally my fault :)
