Shipping is through the USPS, First Class and Priority Mail.
Items shipped within the U.S.A. are shipped with a tracking number.
*Shipping Costs ~ All shipping costs are as close as possible to the actual costs. If there turns out to be a large difference in those costs a refund will be given.
If your country is not listed in the shipping profile and there is an item you would like, please send a note and I can give the approximate cost of shipping your item.

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties, fees, or VAT and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
Since your package will be shipping internationally, it's difficult to provide you with an accurate delivery date. First class packages usually take between two and four weeks to be delivered but can occasionally take as long as eight weeks. Shipping times vary by country and packages can occasionally be delayed in your country's customs office for a variety of reasons. A tracking number can be found on the upper right hand corner of your online receipt and will show the progress of your package. Delays in tracking updates can usually be attributed to the customs process.
Please know that the shipping price paid with your purchase does not include any customs or tax fees your country may assign to this package. Unfortunately, customs laws are different for every country and are subject to change at any time, so I am unable to estimate what fees might be. However, if you have any questions, please don' t hesitate to let me know and I'll do what I can to help.
Brie & Vessie accepts credit card payment directly in the shop.
Also accepted is payment with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment is expected when ordering. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received. If payment is not received within 4 days after your order is placed you will be contacted. If no payment is received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to love what you purchase from Brie & Vessie! So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason upon receiving it, please contact me immediately. I will accept a return of an item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. You must purchase tracking when returning your item. I am not responsible for a package that does not arrive. Please contact me first before returning any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees. If the item is damaged in any way, I will not be able to refund you your purchase price.
