All items from my shop which are shipped within the continental United States are shipped either First Class or USPS priority mail (Depending on the weight of the package), with a tracking number.
*We package our products with very durable supplies such as packing peanuts, bubble wrap, foam and any other materials we deem necessary to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition. Costs for these materials are built into our shipping fees.
*Unfortunately at this time we are only able to offer shipping inside the the USA. "CrystalsMarvels takes no responsibility for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address given by buyer when items are sold.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you have any issues with your order PLEASE contact me within 48 hrs of receiving the item so that I/we can resolve it.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN IN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEM. BUYER pays return shipping costs (to return to me and reship new item). Must be shipped back in the original package.
You must notify us first via email of any return. *The item must arrive back to CrystalsMarvels in the same condition as it was sent. Pictures are taken of each item that is mailed to the customer. *We will issue a full refund of the product price excluding shipping fees. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping fees.
In the event of breakage everything is refunded. You will need to report the breakage within 48 hours of receiving the package. You will need to email a photo of the broken item to CrystalsMarvels. Replacement will be issue if available or refund of the cost of the item plus shipping.
Personalize items will not be refunded, unless it's an error on my behalf on the spelling. Please take note on the listing and pictures. Some embellishment will vary, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask because personalize items are not refundable.
*Custom Orders are non-refundable. Cancellation is only possible if the production/purchase of materials has yet to begin. Once materials are purchased for your custom order it is no longer refundable.
Due to their handmade nature, custom-personalize orders may not be returned unless there is an issue due to our error with spelling. Personalize items will not be refunded, unless it's an error on my behalf on the spelling. Thank you!
