Shown here is a lot of Primitive metal or iron hearts. These came from an antique heart mat where all the hearts were linked together. We believe these types of rugs where used to scrape your boots on since they were made of metal!
What you need to know about this item BEFORE you purchase:
*This listing is for the EXACT hearts shown in the pictures. You will receive all 12 hearts.
*THESE HEARTS ARE IN VARIOUS SHAPES - every heart in this listing is NOT in a "perfect" heart shape and may NOT lay flat, which is why they are being listed at a much lower price than some of our other sets of these hearts. This is our "scrap" heart pile. If you are good with metal bending, you could probably bend some of these into a better heart shape. We do not have the tools to do this, which is why we put them in one grouping. Please review all photos carefully and zoom in. Pls let us know if you wish to see more photos or if you have any questions, as these are being SOLD AS IS.
*Each heart charm measures approx 2" H x 1.5" W x 0.35"D.
*Each charm is vintage and used, so there is wear, tear, marks and RUST on each one. Please zoom in to see all details of the heart shape, etc. As you can clearly see from the photos most of these charms are in a good heart shape but may NOT lay flat.
*We have left these charms untouched, so we recommend that you spray them with a clear acrylic gloss so that the rust doesn't transfer to your clothes or onto any project you would use it in.
* Each heart has holes/openings at the top and bottom, so you can string these on to chain, ribbon, etc.
*Each heart is metal/iron and is bent into heart shapes, so each heart charm looks different from the other. See pictures.
