Shipping I post all items 1st class via Royal Mail. If you wish to upgrade your postage, please contact me with your preference and I shall charge the difference.
I usually post orders within 3 working days (please allow a little longer if an item is to be made for you, if this is the case I shall inform you), please allow up to 14 days for items to arrive

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not accept returns for items no longer wanted after the item has been purchased and paid for
I do not accept responsibility for any orders that arrive damaged or are lost in delivery (all proof of postage is kept for 14 days)
If items become faulty within 3 weeks of me posting your order, I will require you to cover the cost of the postage back to myself and once I receive back the faulty items, I will replace them free of charge. Anything after 3 weeks of me posting your order I shall not accept responsibility for.
