Our vintage style sewing packs are packed with vintage style loveliness and presented beautifully, making them the perfect gift!

The pack header reads :

‘Troubles are ended when they are mended’

Our packs include :-

2 dolly pegs
A length of lace - 1 x 50cm
A length of polka dot ribbon -1 x 50cm
1 ‘handmade with love’ brown tag.
Two polka dot dog buttons.
Two polka dot vintage style circular buttons.
Two mini wooden pegs.
A length of fabric 10cm x 10cm.

Our pack includes pretty button and ribbon cards which display our sewing materials.

All of our cards are printed on FSC approved paper.

All of our furniture is bubble wrapped securely prior to transportation. Our smaller items are also packaged securely prior to being posted. We often recycle our packaging for smaller items where possible.

All dimensions are listed in the item details. Please ensure that if you are ordering large items of furniture, including tables, that you have enough room to manoeuvre them into your home on delivery. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit through doorways.

Our 'sourced to order' painted furniture is customised and personalised. Consequently we are UNABLE to offer returns on these items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are happy with their order and personal colour choices via etsy conversations prior to shipping. We also expect that the customer has read the item details in full and familiarised themselves with our shop policies, returns policy and FAQ's following their purchase.

All of our furniture items are shipped via recognised couriers. Generally, the courier is alone so please ensure you have manpower on delivery to offer assistance with larger items. We do not ship furniture abroad. Small items of furniture are shipped via Parcelforce 48. Each item of furniture is checked and inspected prior to courier collection and bubble wrapped securely. In the unlikely event of damages during transit, please inform us immediately so that we are able to resolve any issues with the courier company quickly.

As stated previously, customised items are non-refundable as they are sourced and customised to customer requirements. For all other items, we accept returns within 14 days in line with distance selling regulations. We expect that you will contact us via ETSY convo as soon as possible to inform us that you wish to return your item. Items should be returned to us in the condition they were sent in. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. In the unlikely event that your items are damaged during delivery, please inform us immediately. In this instance, please forward photograph evidence of damaged items and inerior and exterior packaging via ETSY convo. We require this evidence to proceed with a claim.

Each listing will specify estimated delivery times. Items that are ready to dispatch will normally be shipped within 1 business day. Most of our small parcels are shipped via hermes courier as this is the most cost effective method of postage for our customers. All of our parcels via hermes are tracked. Jewellery cannot be couriered via Hermes. Consequently, our jewellery is shipped via Royal Mail tracked and should arrive within 48hours. Once parcels leave us, we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. We will provide details of tracking numbers for customers to investigate their parcels with postal companies and make a claim. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days, please notify us immediately.
