We ship almost exclusively USPS first class mail. We use USPS because they have lowest shipping fees, and our customers appreciate us being able to keep shipping charges low.
Your order is almost always processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Order placed with our Priority Mail upgrade options are processed and shipped same day or next business day.
USPS shipping time frames are 2-5 business days on average from the time it leaves our facility until the time it reaches you.
We do offer upgraded Priority Mail shipping for an extra fee. USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive from the day we ship your order. For Domestic orders, please purchase our USPS Priority Mail Upgrade Listing should you desire to have your order shipped Priority Mail. Unless this option is purchased, your order will ship regular first class or parcel post mail.
While 99.9% of the time USPS delivers your package without any delays, every once in awhile USPS loses your package, either temporarily or permanently. We try our best to help out in these situations the best we can, but we will no longer be liable for any lost or delayed packages once your order leaves our facility. We provide tracking will all domestic shipments listing the date and time your package was received by USPS and no longer in our possession.
If you are concerned about USPS losing your package, please purchase the priority mail upgrade. The priority mail upgrades comes with $50 of USPS insurance in the event they lose your package. This insurance is not offered by Pretty in Pink Supply, but by USPS directly when you order is shipped USPS Priority Mail.
We can ship pretty much world-wide. Please note that for international orders, we ship via USPS first class mail. Average time frame to receive your order will vary based on your individual country. From what we are hearing from our international customers, that average is anywhere from 2-6 weeks from the time it leaves our facility.
Delivery Confirmation will be provided at no additional costs to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
THERE IS NO TRACKING PROVIDED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED ABOVE. USPS does not offer tracking information for international 1st class mail orders to all countries, so there is absolutely no way of us knowing where your package is at. There is also no way of us verifying whether you actually received your order. For this reason we cannot refund or replace any lost international orders, we are sorry. We are a very honest company who want happy customers, just look at our feedback, but we cannot be sending out expensive international order two or three times because you did not receive them. Once it leaves our facility we have no control on who is opening, inspecting or stealing your order. If you would like to pay extra $$$ we can send your international order via Fedex or UPS which you will have the option of purchasing insurance for, but the shipping fees are going to be very high. Please contact us prior to your order if you would like these shipping options. Please be aware that you are responsible for any import fees, duties, declared value fees or taxes based on you individual countries specific import laws.
Should you need to cancel your order prior to us processing and shipping the order, your order will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the shipping charges incurred on the order (maximum $5.00 USD). This fee is waived for your first cancelation in any calendar year, however each additional cancellation is subject to the fee.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pretty in Pink Supply, please contact us immediately after receiving your package so we can help resolve the issue.
Pretty in Pink Supply does NOT offer refunds but does allow for product exchanges. You must notify us within 7 days of your order package being delivered if you would like to exchange any items you purchased. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to us and will incur new shipping charges for us to send out the new desired products.
Should you receive a defective product from Pretty in Pink Supply will either exchange or refund the products if you notify us within 7 days of your order being delivered. You may be asked to send us a picture of the defective product for verification. We may also require that you mail the product back to us. If we request the items be returned we will reimburse reasonable USPS 1st class mail shipping charges. You must 1st contact us PRIOR to sending back any defective items for exchange.
