Once we have received your payment we will ship your parcel within 5 working days. It will be sent to you by priority mail, without track and trace. If you would like us to send it registered or insured with track and trace, please let us know and we will calculate the extra costs.
It usually takes about 2 weeks for a parcel to arrive outside the EU, but sometimes it takes longer, for custom's offices at the receiving country may hold a parcel for a short period of time, luckily this rarely happens. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs or mail companies. But if a parcel hasn't arrived within 6 weeks after the shipping date, please let us know and we will work it out.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees, duties and import taxes that may apply.
If you wish to buy more than one item, you can send us a conversation via Etsy for the combined shipping costs.
If you have paid too much shipping, we will always refund the shipping overages, if they exceed €2.00 .
Payments can be done through Paypal and via Direct Checkout with your Credit Card. Just follow the instructions after choosing your payment method when you checkout. Dutch customers can pay with Ideal, via Direct Checkout.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a conversation via Etsy. You can send it back to us and we will refund your purchase price as soon as we have received it back in its original condition. Shipping costs (to and fro) will not be refunded.
FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE EU: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a conversation via Etsy. We will refund your money including the original shipping costs, after we have received the item(s) in good condition, or if you have provided us with proof of shipment. PLEASE NOTE: The return shipment (back to us) will be paid for by the buyer/customer.
Reserved listings are reserved for clients who have asked us to reserve an item for them. A reserved listing can therefore only be bought by the person who has asked us to reserve that item. If someone else buys it, we will have to cancel that sale.
Please keep in mind that vintage items will probably have signs of wear, any damage will be mentioned in the listing. We will always wrap and box your purchases very securely and carefully, if possible in clean recycled boxes.
