I will endeavour to ship items by 2nd class post for UK customers and by air mail for international customers.
I accept payment by pay pal and personal cheque. Items will be shipped on clearance of the payment whichever method is used .

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you wish to make a return please email me . If the item is faulty I will be happy to give a full refund of the cost of the item and your postage, provided it is returned to me within 14 days of receipt, postage paid. If you are not satisfied with your item I will happily refund the purchase price once the item is returned and deemed to be in a re-saleable condition, provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, postage paid. Always ask for a Proof of Posting Certificate, as I will need a copy of this should your parcel get lost in the post. Custom orders excluded.
