Items will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of purchase. My shop is set up with calculated shipping and the price listed reflects the price to your specific zip code and/or country location.
I accept all major credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout, PayPal and US and International Money Orders. Payment made by Money Order must be received within 10 business days of purchase, otherwise the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not fully satisfied with your item(s), please let me know. I strive to satisfy each and every customer and I want all transactions to be successful. However, if we are not able to resolve the issue, you may return the item(s) at my discretion for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that the item(s) must be received back, by me, in original condition prior to the refund and the product must be received back within 2 weeks of purchase and/or receipt.
I am not responsible for loss or damage of a package and if you are concerned about your purchase arriving safely, I encourage you to purchase insurance. I will gladly revise your invoice to include the correct insurance amount. Just let me know!!
If you see something you like, but don't have the funds to pay yet, I am willing to reserve an item(s) up to 7 days. If the item is not purchased and paid for within the 7 days, it will be taken off reserve.
