Your stick horse (or other animal) making just got a little easier! Cap the ends of the dowel to protect the fabric on one end and your floor on the other end. Use the safety eyes to bring your animal to life in a fun and safe manner. The zip tie is to help secure the plush animal head to the dowel if using this method (if not, use the zip tie for something else).

This kit includes a pair of brown 42mm oval comical plastic safety eyes, a wooden ball dowel cap, a brown plastic dowel cap and a zip tie.

Hole Size: You can select your wooden ball and end cap to have either a 1" inside diameter hole or a 7/8" inside diameter hole...depending on the size of the dowel you'll be using to make your toy animal.

Shipping: I can fit many kits into one box, if you order more than 1 kit, please know I will ship them all together, combine shipping and refund any shipping overages.

FAQs

Prior to purchase, you can find the processing time for the item with the shipping information. I also list my processing time in my shop announcement for made to order items. Upon purchase, the scheduled "ship by" date will be listed on your electronic Etsy invoice. I will also send an order confirmation message via Etsy convos to confirm your order and reiterate your scheduled ship by date. I very rarely miss a scheduled ship by date (but life does happen), in which case I will contact you with a new scheduled ship by date. Normally items are shipped on or prior to the ship by date. If you have a specific deadline, please contact me and I will work with you to meet your deadline.

The above stated cancellation time frame is 2 days from date of purchase. However, if your item has already been shipped, you may not cancel your order. Due to the nature of digital files I do not give refunds on digital downloads. Due to the nature of customized items, unless extenuating circumstances exist, I do not give refunds on customized items. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. If the item is not in new condition it will be assessed on a case by case basis but it is not eligible for a full refund. For International returns associated with customs fees, import taxes or VAT please see the "International Customs Fees & Returns" section of my policies.

The buyer is responsible for all customs, import taxes or VAT fees, as the seller I legally cannot pay them and am not responsible for them. Substitutions on fabric and other materials becomes necessary at times due to availably or adjustments in the product. Any substitutions will be of equal quality to the current listed item as far as color scheme and general color shade, etc,. If the change in material is largely different than what is pictured, approval will be gained prior to completion of the product.

My general hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm MST excluding major holidays. My availability during these hours may vary as I am working on creating items and I will respond to messages as promptly as possible. I am also available by phone during these hours if necessary. Please be mindful of time differences between your location and mine. Convos and orders made/sent on Saturday or Sunday may not be acknowledged or responded to until Monday; however, I may respond intermittently throughout the weekend. I try to give myself one full day off per week, generally a Sunday.

There are times the shipping rate is over calculated by Etsy's calculated shipping...usually when purchasing multiple items. I will refund any overages paid on shipping when the item ships. Orders will be shipped via the selected and paid for shipping method once the item is complete and ready to send. If a better shipping method is available at a rate equal to or less than what you have paid in shipping, I reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method for you.

In the event the package I have sent you is returned to me by the carrier service, I will attempt to contact you via Etsy. If the box was incorrectly addressed by me, I will cover the expense to ship it again to the correct address. If I have addressed the package with the correct address provided on the Etsy receipt or via an address change through an Etsy convo and that address is undeliverable, I will contact you via Etsy and it can be resent with postage paid by you for the new shipment. If I am unable to get a response from you (buyer), I will issue a partial refund and restock the item(s). A 15% restocking fee will be retained and shipping fees will not be refunded.
