We will endeavour to ship items within 5 working days of receiving payment.
UK domestic orders will be posted through Royal Mail First Class. International Orders will be posted through Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
International Shipments include Insurance against loss or damage, this is included in the shipping price. The insurance covers the cost of the goods being shipped. It does not however cover the cost of shipping, therefore it does not cover the additional cost of reshipping a replacement item if a claim is filed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS / IMPORT FEES, The purchaser is responsible for any Import fees, tax, vat duty, handling or other charges that me be charged by your country. ONLY the purchaser can pay these fees once the item has arrived in your country. We are not responsible for these fees nor can we pay them in advance. Please research your countries import and handling fees and policies if you have any questions.
Please allow extra time for custom orders due to the additional time required to fulfil them.
Please allow extra time during festive periods due to the addition workload on the postal service, and delays due to adverse weather.
We accept payment via Paypal. Etsy Direct Checkout.
Returns & exchanges
We quality check all our orders before postage, in the hope that you will never have to return an item. However if a return is necessary we will endeavour to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.
We prefer all exchange requests to be made with in 7 days of receiving your item and is returned within 14 days.
Please contact us prior to returning or exchange any items for instructions.
In case of refund or exchange the purchaser will be responsible for any shipping costs.
We will be happy to make exchanges for sizing issues, defects in workmanship or garment as long as the item is in the same condition (new, unworn and unlaundered) as it was shipped. Please check for fit before washing. Check our sizing chart on the item page before ordering.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We cannot issue refunds for items abandoned, not claimed or refused at customs.
We regret we cannot refund or exchange any custom orders once it has been placed due to the additional work required for these.
DAMAGED ITEMS If an item was damaged by our fault, prior to shipping, please send a photo of the item and damaged area with your request for exchange or refund,
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable as they were used to ship the item to you, but contact us and maybe we can work something out.
We operate 7 days a week, however there may be slight delay in responding to your request due to outside factors.
Please note that we endeavour to show items in the best light and with the most accurate colour match. However some variations may occur due to variations in monitors. Also slight variations when seen in person are possible.
