This cute baby set is knitted in an attractive pattern and one you will find easy to make. The original was made of ‘Botanized” 3 ply yarn, 4 ounces for 6 months size and 5 ounces for 1 year size. White, blue, buttercup, green, or pink would all be pretty.

You will need one pair each of number 1 and 2 standard knitting needles, a size 2 crochet hook; 4 small buttons; 1½ yards 5/8 inch ribbon and 1 ¼ yard of ¼ inch ribbon.

Directions are written for 6 Month’s size, 1 year size is in parentheses.
