Shipping Policies

We ship worldwide from Germany, which has one of the most efficient postal systems in the world, resulting in receipt of item in seven to fourteen days.

Shipping Costs:
4 Euro for the first item, plus .20 Euro per additional item.

Orders are shipped within one to two days of receipt of order, but usually within one day.

Each item is securely wrapped to ensure safety during transit.
They are sent by priority mail without a tracking number. A registered mail postal option is available at an additional cost.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied. We are communicative, and will happily respond to a convo or email.

If for any reason you should wish to return your purchase, you may receive a full refund, provided that the item has been returned to Germany via registered mail, unused and in the condition it was sent, within 14 days of receipt. Once the returned item has been received, we will refund you the full price of the item, minus shipping fees.
