All Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Most of my items are in stock and ready to go. Where they are Dyed-to-Order or Pre-Order, this will be CLEARLY listed, along with shipping estimates.
Any bespoke or custom dyed pieces will have dispatch estimates given at time of ordering and regular updates will be provided.
All items are sent via MyHermes OR Royal Mail Second Class (within the UK) and Royal Mail Air Mail Standard (worldwide). These shipping options DO NOT include tracking and insurance and therefore I am not liable for any lost or missing parcels once they are shipped from myself via Royal Mail/My Hermes. If parcels are lost, they are at the buyers expense. I WILL NOT REPLACE ANY ORDERS THAT ARE UNDELIVERED USING STANDARD SHIPPING.
PLEASE make sure you have the right shipping option at checkout.
If your parcel is LATE or MISSING I cannot track or be of any useful assistance if STANDARD shipping is chosen. Items are always and only marked as SHIPPED on the day that they are processed through the shipping facitility.
Should you require tracking and insurance, please choose UPGRADE SHIPPING at checkout; your parcel is then covered for the full amount and full tracking information is provided once your item ships.

I am not responsible for any delays with postal services, or any import taxes or charges that may occur. Parcels are not considered LOST until 45 business days have passed since the date of shipping - this is a standard of Royal Mail and not of my own.
Payment required at time of ordering. If you would like a custom-dyed order, please contact me prior to ordering and either I can confirm to go ahead and order directly through the Dyed-to-Order listings OR a Custom Listing will be posted once requirements have been established
Returns & exchanges
Returns or refunds for Ready to Ship pieces must be made within 14 days of postmark. Items must be returned in AS NEW condition. Once the item is received as a return, and verified as AS NEW, a refund will be processed. Your return shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded, unless the item is defective or faulty.
There are absolutely no returns or refunds for custom made or custom dyed items.
Cancellations cannot be made once an order has been placed. I am a one-woman show, so this causes me a lot of issues when processing my orders.

Customer orders are always available upon request - the only thing that may differ is the shipping estimate. Therefore, please contact me prior to ordering if you are in urgent need of your order. Otherwise, please presume that custom orders take a minimum of 3-4 weeks. This long lead time is a natural result of having to plan a dyeing schedule well ahead of time.
