➢ Most items under 15.99oz are mailed using USPS First Class/First Class International. All packages over 16oz will ship USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, this can be done in the checkout screen.
➢ Please note international customers: Items may be subject to VAT or customs fees, Etsy nor Etsy Sellers are not responsible for paying VAT or customs fees. If an item is returned due to VAT or customs fees, a 10% restock fee is applied to the refund.
I ship to the USA and International. I use USPS First Class mail (3-5 Domestic business days, 7-10 business days International). If the item weighs more then 13 ounces, I will ship it in two or more packages to keep costs low. I will ship item 3-5 days after I received payment (e-checks will take longer since they need to clear).
If you need signature confirmation, insurance or any other extra service or upgrade, please contact me before your purchase so I can set up the listing for you.
International Customers: Please note that once the package leaves the United States, USPS nor I are responsible for it.
VAT Customers: You must pay your Value Added Tax (VAT) in order to receive your product. I nor Etsy are not responsible for paying the VAT taxes on your item. If an item is returned to me because buyer did not pay required taxes, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Per regulations and laws, I am not able to mark your package as "Gift" to avoid you paying taxes. Any customer who insists I do, will be canceled and reported to Etsy.
Once the package leaves my house and is accepted past my post office, I am no longer responsible for it. I will do all in my power to help you but I am not responsible for losses in the mail.

I happily accept PayPal, Etsy Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards. Other forms of payment are not allowed unless otherwise discussed. Orders must be paid within 10 days of order date.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
14 day money back returns. Contact me with your issues and I will try to resolve it. Buyer pays return shipping unless I didn't describe part of the item. I am not responsible for loss in the mail.
Large/Custom orders: If you wish to return your large/custom order to me, a refund will be granted but the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
Returned packages: If a package is returned to me with an address not found label on it, I will contact you to resolve the issue. If I receive no response within 7 days or you wish to refund the purchase, a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund.
International: I can only tack package within the USA borders, after it leaves the borders, I cannot track you package. Buyer will pay for returns.

Custom Orders: I prefer that you use the custom order process through Etsy so I don't have your item sitting in my normal listings, this feature only works on desktop mode of Etsy as of now and not mobile or mobile iOS apps.
Feedback: I LOVE receiving feedback for my items. I strive to make every customer satisfied with their purchase. If any problems arise, please message me before leaving a review. I also love getting photos of your fairy gardens with my products in them. Please note that Etsy does remove feedbacks that mention 3rd party companies (i.e. USPS, etc.) or feedbacks that count as extortion (i.e. "Return my item or else I am leaving a negative feedback on your shop"). I do have the power to reply to some feedbacks giving my side of the story.
Wholesale: I will do wholesale pricing. Just message me and ill work out prices with you. I will only do items in which are listed in my shop. If I discontinue an item in my shop, chances are I will no longer make them wholesale. Please use custom order process through Etsy which only works in desktop mode but not mobile or mobile iOS apps. I will provide you a detailed invoice in your packages in case you need one for record keeping.
Guarantees: I guarantee I will reply to your message within 20 hours of sending, I am very fast when it comes to answering Etsy messages.
Gift Wrapping: I do not currently offer gift wrapping at this time. When you mark an items as a "Gift", all it does is prevents the price of the item from appearing on the packing slip. However, I am glad to leave a small note in the package for whomever will be receiving the item.
