Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do offer refunds or exchanges (minus original shipping and handling) when the product is returned to me within ****** 3 BUSINESS DAYS******* following receipt of delivery and it is received in NEW, UNUSED condition from a non-smoking home.(no stains, odors, pet hair etc).

Returns or exchanges sent back to me damaged or lost in the mail are NOT the responsibility of the seller. Please consider using USPS Priority mail, UPS or FEDX which includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation if sending covers back for return or exchange for your own protection.
Any errors on my part will certainly be corrected right away with an exchange for the correct one.
