Add an initial letter charm to your purchase. This listing is for an add on to one of my jewellery or keyring items only. Simply select the initial letter you require from the drop down menu.
Please note that your chosen initial charm will already be added onto your jewellery or accessory. If you are purchasing more than one item, please ensure you detail which letter charm goes with which piece of jewellery or accessory when you place your order.
Most of my items are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been cleared.
Standard shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail for all large letter and small parcel size items. Basic greeting cards will be sent via Royal Mail standard post.
Shipments outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service (except basic greeting cards which will be sent via standard mail).
International shipments may experience customs-related delays and are beyond my control.
Please allow two weeks before contacting me about a missing package, or four weeks for international orders.
The buyer is always responsible for any customs/duty fees that may be imposed by buyers country.
Please note that I will only ship to the verified Etsy address if paid via Etsy/Direct Checkout or the verified PayPal address if paid via PayPal. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure they have the correct address listed. If an incorrect address is provided I can re-ship the item when it is returned to me and after a new shipping cost has been paid by the buyer.
I accept credit cards via Direct Checkout or you can pay through PayPal. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards. Payment is due immediately upon purchase. Please contact me if there are any problems with the purchasing process.
I will only start work on custom orders when full payment has been received.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I hope you will be very happy with your order, but if for any reason you have a problem with your order, then please contact me before returning any items.
Any returned items must be returned in their original condition and unused. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your items for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there has been an error on my part. Your refund will only be sent once I safely receive the returned items.
I always parcel items for delivery carefully. If, however, an item is delivered broken, I will require photos of the damaged item before a refund can be given.
No refunds or returns given for custom or personalised orders.
