Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We accept exchange on unworn item with his price tag. Contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to get our confirmation. Without this, no return will be accepted. Upon receiving our confirmation, you have 7 days to send back the items in a appropriate packaging. You have to send back your order with the original invoice and write which items you wanna exchange (name, size, color) upon having previously checked for availability with us. Please note that shippings fees are at the customer's charge.
Sales are considered final sale.
No refund will be accepted except if the falls out of stock during the processing of the order or if the product have a manufacturing defect validated by our customer service.
