Items are shipped out in one to three business days.
We ship all items regular or first class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Our shipping cost includes packaging, handling, and insurance on all items.
Shipping overcharges will be refunded to you within 48 hours of shipment.
We are an eco-friendly company so we use recycled packaging and shipping materials as much as possible. This means that your items may arrive in a previously used box or envelope with previously used bubble wrap or tissue.
We ship to the address you have on file with Etsy so please be sure this is up to date and entered accurately.
Please note that an incorrect address can cause a delay in shipment or result in a lost or undeliverable package. You are still responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
Non-USA customers: We advise that you write your address as it should be in the 'notes' section during checkout as sometimes the address form mixes up the address format from other countries which can result in an undeliverable package. It is nice to have it in writing from you exactly how it should appear as well as what Etsy has on file. You are responsible for any customs tax your country may charge.

If you would like to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of purchasing to ensure a full refund.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We truly hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, please let us know as soon as you can so we can figure out how to make you happy.
To return an item, please contact us within one week of the delivery date to schedule a return with us. The item must be returned in the same condition that we shipped it out. Once we receive the item from you, we will refund you for the price of the item. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and these will not be refunded.
To return an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and include pictures of the damage so that we can file an insurance claim and refund you for the full amount of the item and the shipping cost as well. You will need to hold onto the damaged item while the claim is being processed as the post office may require you to bring it in to your local post office for verification of damages. It can take several weeks before a refund is given by the insurance company so please be patient in this event.
