Available at last!

Many of my followers have asked when this tutorial would be available again, after the demise of the website that carried this and other artist's tutorials--I am thrilled to say that it's been recast into an updated form and available again, exclusively here and for a lower price!

This tutorial is one of my very favorites, combining my greatest loves--polymer clay and reading.
I love old books--the heft and gravity of them, the feel of the covers, the smell of the dusty pages. They are like old friends and I love nothing better than scouring vintage book stores for hidden treasures a miniature.

Even better, I love wearing them.

This tutorial, containing 39 pages of instructions, tips and suggestions, will have you creating your own library to wear or give. The full color detailed illustrations will guide you every step of the way, even if you are a novice clayer; and as always, I fully support my work with Q&A via email at any time.

In this tutorials you will learn:

The secrets of aged pages
Creating the look of a bound book
Covers, embellished with sculptural, molded or purchased elements
Spine books as spacers
Sculpting embellishments free hand
Applying decals
The art of antiquing for an aged look
Drilling cured work
Stringing a multi channel bracelet
Tying off your work for a long-lasting fit.

The illustrations above also show suggestions for Pendants, Earrings, and Brooches, though those instructions are NOT included; Pretty easy to figure out on your own!

Though this tutorial assumes a basic knowledge of polymer clay techniques, even a new clayer can follow the instructions without difficulty, and included are some discussions of conditioning, curing, choosing the proper clay etc.

This exciting project is perfect for the bibliophile in your life...perhaps that's you?
