After purchasing your listing, I will e-mail you the files purchased within 0-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).

Having a digital file is lovely - you can print at home or send off to your favorite printing service to handle that for you. I personally use VistaPrint.

Everything is digital files only...no physical items will be sent

All designs will be sent via e-mail only. The files will be sent once payment has been processed & designs are finalized & approved Please provide a current e-mail account for your items. I will send them to your etsy e-mail if not other e-mail account is given.

I currently only accept PayPal, Direct Depost, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards.

Returns & exchanges

There are no refunds due to the specific nature of Charli's Web designs. It is very important to me that you are satisfied with your designs, so if you have any concerns please let me know!
Additional policies

Please back up all files once you receive them. It is the buyers responsibility as I may not have the files in the future.

Pre-Made designs will be unique to your business, however the overall pre-made design will be sold again. You may request a one-of-a-kind image that will yours and yours only!

Custom Designs created by Charli's Web that are unwanted can be used for resale after all customer information is removed.

Please make sure all information sent to me is correct. I am not responsible for typos or misprints after the design is approved.

All files are digital, nothing physical is sent.

You will be purchasing your etsy shop sets at etsy's current dimensions at that time. Should it change in the future, you will need to purchase an additional banner and graphics listing.
