A rare and beautiful 125 year old Singer Sewing Machine in excellent antique condition. It has been well used and well loved, with a smoothly running flywheel and needle mechanism.
Housed in an unusual and very elegant bell shaped wooden case, this machine appears to be in full working order but would also make a fantastic décor centerpiece, an ideal gift, as well as being a collector's item.
The serial number 11533980 is shown in one of the photos and this can be checked on websites to verify that it was made in 1893.
This is a very special ornamental antique which due to the quality in workmanship is likely to be a fully functional machine. A beautiful decorative piece of British history.
The overall dimensions including case are 44cm wide and 32cm high.
