This high quality 25mm (one inch) wide ribbon can be used for variety of craft projects. Ideal quality shiny ribbon to match your wedding colour scheme.

The price is per two metres, but for bigger quantities, please get in touch and I can create a custom order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

You will receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours of payment receipt.
Your order will be packaged and dispatched within 5 days of placing it (unless notified otherwise).


UK SHIPPING
All standard deliveries within the UK will be shipped with Royal Mail Second Class or MyHermes courier service depending on size of your order, meaning they should arrive with you 3-5 working days after dispatch.
If you require a faster shipping service, we recommend upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery (arriving by 1pm the day after dispatch). There will be a small additional charge for this service.


OVERSEAS SHIPPING

For orders to outside the EU, customs charges may be applicable. You will be responsible for paying these. Please check before purchase the restrictions for your country of purchase.

FABRIC ORDERS
All fabric orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. This will take approximately 7 working days or up to 3 weeks to arrive depending at your destination.

If however you are looking for an alternative shipping method please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to meet your delivery requirements.


Payments

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time your order is placed. If your payment fails for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Paypal uses the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transaction information is protected to the highest standard. A Paypal account is not needed to use this payment method.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives with you in the same condition as it left us. If however it gets damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. Please provide proof of damage and return the damaged item upon request. We will either send you the replacement item or refund your payment (including delivery costs).

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if requested, provided that you return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs. You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding any postage) within two (2) working days of us receiving back the goods.

Unless the goods are defective or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please make sure the returned goods are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as we are not responsible for lost returned item.
