All items are shipped first class mail unless the weight places it into the category of priority mail. You may select priority mail or priority express at check out as well. We have the capabilities to ship by UPS, so if you have a very heavy and/or large order, make a note with your order to check UPS rates. Ground rates are generally less expensive than Priority mail for orders over 2 pounds. Under 2 pounds, priority and first class will be your cheapest options. If you make a note to check UPS and it is lower, we will issue a refund when we ship your package. We will not automatically check, so you will need to make a note to check.
All payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, your order will be canceled, or other arrangements must be made.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales of clothing and lingerie are final. If a trim you purchased is not the color you want, you can return the product at your expense.
I inspect every item before I ship them, but unfortunately some things slip by me. The trims come on cheap plastic rolls that sometimes do not have smooth edges and occasional snags do occur. When I notice this, I pull it from inventory or at times, give 1-2 yards extra to make up for it. I do not sell defective merchandise on purpose. If something is damaged and I am aware of it, I will put that on the listing or contact you first before shipping.
If you do receive a damaged item, please let me know before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I will be happy to send you a replacement for the item if something is damaged. I may require photographic evidence of damage.
If you do not contact me and an item is damaged and you leave me negative or neutral feedback, you are no longer welcome to shop in my store. I am more than happy to work with you if you make an effort to communicate with me, but once you have left negative feedback, I cannot trust that you won't do so again in the future.
We generally do not do custom orders. I prepackage all of the hardware and do not split up packages. I will cut one continuous piece (when available) if you order multiple quantities of a trim. All shipping discounts are done automatically as it is all calculated by weight. Product discounts are not given for large orders. Check my products for large packages of that product.
