Our processing time is 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. We are currently making drop offs Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If a sale is occurring, the processing time is set at 4 to 5 days. If you wish to cancel your translation because of the slight delay, please do so within 12 hours from purchase. ***THIS doesn’t apply to Custom Orders, more details below**

USA orders are shipped via First Class USPS and has an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days according to USPS. Please be aware, for whatever reason you package is delayed, please contact USPS or us (we will just contact USPS for you.) I do not offer refund or resend of the items unless it completely goes missing. We also encountered USPS slowness in scanning the packages, they may take up to 48 hours to scan. Please be patient, we ship the same day the label is created! So you don’t have to worry about us having them sit here. I do advise to contact USPS for any error or concerns.
***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*** International orders are shopping via Standard and First Class USPS and has an estimated 7 to 14 business days according to USPS. There might be a slight delay on Standard mailing, because it is the cheapest way to go. Please be patient, but I do advice you to contact your postal for any problems. I am here to serve you and you are more than welcome to contact us as well.
Our 2 Methods of International Mailing; 1 - Standard Mailing: If you choose this option, please be aware, your stickers will come in a regular envelope with card stock. The majority of the buyers, prefer this option of Tracking because of the cost to ship Internationally. I am more than happy to offer this option until the missing mail gets out of hand. We try out hardest to get the mail in your hands but things happen, sadly! If you haven’t received your stickers in 21 days after shipment, please contact your postal or contact us. A friendly reminder, If you do choose this option, I am unable to check the devilry status of your stickers.
2 - First Class International Tracking: If you choose this option, your stickers will be packaged in a rigid mailer and comes with tracking. I am aware this option can be costly but for your peace of mind, you can choose this option and I do recommend it.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of this product you have 12 hours to cancel your order for whatever reason. After those 12 hours up, I am sorry but we are unable to cancel the order.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY: By requesting a custom order of any kind, you package may be delayed for 1 to 2 business days. Although it is a custom order, the cancellation policy apples to this as well. No coupons are allowed in Custom Listings.

These products are non refundable, if you have a concern or you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us! I will do anything in my power to fix the problem!
We really do enjoy customizing items in the store or creating something for you. We are more than thrilled to accommodate to your needs. We do add 1 to 2 business days to your order if the customization takes longer than expected. Please, be aware of this when you are requesting a custom order.
How do I request a custom order? Need something completely different than we offer, message us first. We will then discuss what your needs are and will come to a conclusion of a yes or no. If we are able to make this custom order, we will work on it as fast as we can. You will get a proof of the product before agreeing to purchase. If you are 100% happy with the proof, then I will create a listing specific to you to purchase. The 1 to 2 business days normally applies to this custom order. No coupon codes are allowed to be used in any personalized custom order.
How do I customize an item in the shop? For example, you really love Winnie The Pooh but are kits offer all characters. You may leave in NOTE TO SELLER “Please only Winnie the Pooh”. I will than see the request in our receipt and make a set of only that specific character. This applies to the majority of our inventory, not sure if it qualifies, please contact us before making the purchase.
Can you change the color of the skin of a character? Yes! Finally, there is a listing for that.
We are truly sorry that your stickers never made it to you, it's really out of our hands as soon as we leave it at the postal office. With that said, you are more than welcome to contact us after 2 weeks after shipment and there is no arrival in the States. Since we do provide tracking for all states, we are able to check through there. For international, please allow up to a month. I know its a long wait but in most cases, it does appear within the month. If it doesn't arrive within those time periods, I will be more than happy to issue a full refund or resend of the items.
This is why I highly suggest International loves to upgrade to tracking for peace of mind.
