♦ Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

♦ I try to ship out at least twice a week, excluding holidays and weekends. If you need something sooner please message me and I will be glad to try to accommodate.

♦ I take extra care of all my products, from the beginning to the end, to packing and all the way to the Post Office. Unfortunately, once it is out of my hands I would not have any control after it is in the Post Office's hands. If you would like insurance with the shipping then please message me before checking out because I will have to add the insurance fee onto your total cost.

♦ Most of the items listed in my shop are Ready to Ship. I will ship out the item within 24 to 48 hours upon payment clearance through PayPal. I know I hate waiting for stuff to come in the mail so be assured that I will mail out your item as soon as I can provided that payment is cleared. =)

♦ If you live locally, we could possibly arrange for a pick up so that way you'll save on shipping fees.

♦ Please make sure your address in your Etsy and PayPal accounts are accurate to avoid any delays. If the item is shipped to an incorrect and/or wrong address, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the cost to re-ship item.

♦ Please allow 7 to 10 business days for custom orders to be completed. I like to keep my customers up to date with the status of their orders. So please ensure to check your email for any updates and/or questions that I may have for you. I normally check my emails at least twice a day (excluding holidays and weekends) so I'm pretty good at getting back to the messages as well.


Currently I am only accepting PayPal payments. Order(s) will be cancelled if no payment after 3 days (72 hours).

*** Credit/Debit Card Customers could also checkout via PayPal without signing up for an account. Simply choose the PayPal option at check out. Once order is submitted, click the "Pay Now" button and scroll down to where you'll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card. ***

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I try really hard in creating the best quality of hair bows. I strive for your satisfaction with all my products. So please read the full description of the product in its entirety before placing a purchase and as always I encourage you to send me a message if you have ANY questions before purchasing.

♣ Due to sanitary reasons all sales are final unless the item has been found to be defective or if the wrong item was sent. Customer must notify me within three days of receiving the item if an exchange is needed (see below for Conditions for Exchanges). I will gladly correct the defected item or replace it with an exact duplicate once the original item has been returned. If item cannot be fixed or a duplicate made than a refund for the cost of the item (minus shipping) will be refunded. ♣

Exchanges are on a case by case scenario only so before leaving a feedback please message me so that I could possibly rectify any concerns you may have. If an exchange is approved, buyer will be responsible for the returning shipping costs. I am not here to rip anyone off and if in fact the fault is on my end I will gladly and willingly work with you. I will try to the best of my ability to provide a good and smooth experience for the both of us. So once again, please do not hesitate to message me any and ALL questions that you may have.

**** Conditions for Approved Exchanges ****

♦ Buyer must contact me prior to sending / returning any items. This will allow for me to rectify and/or answer any concerns.
♦ Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receipt. I allow for 2-5 days for shipping and then the "3 day" period will start.
♦ Item must be in its original condition and never worn or used.
♦ All packaging must be returned as well (i.e. box, tissue paper, bags, etc).
♦ Exchanges are for replacement of the same bow or for store credit.
♦ Invoice must accompany the exchange.

**** Reasons for a Declined Exchange Request ****

♦ The wrong item was purchase.
♦ The color and/or size was not as expected. I try my best in providing a full detail description of the listed item. So please read the description in it entirety before purchasing and I cannot emphasize this enough, but please message me should you have any questions regarding the size, color, shape, etc of the item listed.
