International shipping:

All international orders are shipped from Poland by priority airmail without tracking number - tracking is not available in standards shipping especially to US, Canada, Australia, China. Please, use shipping upgrade listing to have tracking number.

All items shipped in time inlcluded in listings (or 1-2 days later depends on production time).

If the postman doesn't find someone at the address, he'll leave a notice to pick it up at your local post office. If three weeks have past and you haven't received the package or a notice, please call your post office to ask if they have your package.

I will ship to the address provided by Etsy. If you would like an item shipped to a different address, please contact me.

Please make sure your Etsy address is correct. I am not responsible for lost or returned items because of incorrect addres. No refund in this case.

I ship Monday-Friday.


Packing:

Each paper good item (notebooks, photo albums etc) will be gentle packed in dusty white paper and ribbon/twine.

Each wooden / art / glass / metal item will be gentle packed with bubble foil and/or into cardboard box, wrapped in dusty white paper.

Standard Shipment to USA, Canada, Australia takes usually approx. 7-14 business days. THIS IS INTERNATIONAL shipping - I am not able to track it from Poland. I am not able to file a claim with Polish Post Office before 21 days after shipped date. I always have to wait 3 months for response from Polish Post Office - you will need to wait with me if we would decide to file a claim. ALWYAS your own claim to your domestic Post Office will make it faster and better - I truly encourage to do it, really :)
Please, notice that shipment to USA, Australia and Canada can take 10-21 business days and even longer , when holidays like Christmas are coming, so please contact me before purchase.


EDIT: (23.12.2015) I am not responsible For lost, stolen items or delayed delivery time of packages. NO REFUND in this case as it is not something what I can have control on it.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are unhappy with ready to ship items:

Please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item if you are unhappy with your purchase.
You'll get a refund minus shipping cost or exchanged item plus a new shipping cost if it's sent back unused and in original condition within 2 business days. Items must be sent via registered mail (with tracking number).
Return shipping is your responsibility. Refund or replacement will be done once items are in my hands.


Damaged ready to ship items:

If items are damaged during the shipping, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item. You will get refund or exchanged item, but you must provide photos of damaged items and packaging.


Personalized items:

All personalized items (including your private details and which cannot be re-sold) - I am not able to accept returns and refunds.

Exceptions to this are items damaged during mistakes made by me or during shipping - then you will get full or partial refund (depends on what is exactly damaged - as I made your item I will know how many percent it is damaged) or exchanged item. At first you must provide photos of damaged items and packaging.

If the item is damaged by Seller you must sent it back to the Seller in the same condition as arrived. Items must be sent via registered mail (with tracking number).

I appologize but I cannot accept returns for a personalization error made by the Buyer. But don't worry! We will find a solution fits for the situation ( for example I can send a new page of photo album/guest book etc.)
