I typically ship same day, but usually next day at the latest. I package items carefully to reach you safely. I will cheerfully refund any significant overage if my estimated shipping turns out to be higher than actual costs. All packages will come with tracking.
I recycle good shipping materials as a responsible consumer. I promise all purchases will be well packed nonetheless.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I describe items carefully and encourage questions in advance. Please do not ask for a refund unless you are willing to return the item at your expense. I will then refund purchase price but not what I am out for the original shipping to you. That's fair. Once an item is logged into the postal service, it's hard for me to guarantee no loss or damage -- but in that case, we will work something out that's fair and agreeable to us both. Most items will be insured so we are both protected. Bottom line is I will treat you fairly and expect to be treated fairly in return.
For EU customers: I will ship your items promptly. The customs form will be completed accurately as to contents and I will not mark the item as a gift. Please be aware that additional fees are likely to be due to your country upon receipt of the package and are solely your responsibility. I honor returns if notified within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
