I typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. US orders generally take 2-5 days to arrive. International orders generally take 10-14 business days to arrive (but can take up to 6 weeks so please plan accordingly).

US orders are sent by USPS first class mail or priority mail. Some books will be shipped via media mail.

International orders are sent by first class international. I always ship with appropriate customs forms listing the actual purchase price of the item as its value.

Shipping charges reflect postage plus a small fee to cover packaging materials and other direct costs. In the event that the postage charged by ETSY exceeds actual postage substantially, I will refund the excess at my discretion.

Combined shipping is built into most listings.

Payments

I accept Paypal and ETSY direct checkout. Orders paid for by paypal e-check will be held until the check "clears" typically 2-4 business days.

If I advertise a pattern as complete but it arrives missing pieces or I advertise it as uncut and it is cut, let me know ASAP. I will either: (A) refund your entire purchase price including shipping both ways once you return the pattern to me or (B) offer a 50% refund on the pattern if you can still use it.
