Item details

Unglazed ceramic mosaic tiles. These are perfect for using to make copies of ancient Roman mosaics, especially if you do not want to go to the expense of marble tesserae.

100 gram bags, approximtely 120 tesserae in a bag

*10mm x 10mm x 4mm (approximately)
*Safe for children to use, no sharp edges
*Can be cut with scissors
*Muted colours
*Slightly irregular in shape which makes them less 'modern'.
*Easy to use so you can get on with the mosaic itself.

These are tesserae I use for most of the mosaic kits and you can cut these into 4 pieces easily, I have also cut those pieces down into 4 again.

I use these just for indoor, decorative mosaics that will not get wet.

They can be cut with scissors but I also have mini nippers and full size side biters available too.
